Real Estate Magazines
You pick up a real estate book. You mark all the properties you like, on 10 different pages. You start making phone calls.
Did you know that you do not need to call to 10 different people? Tell the first person you call that you are looking at a book and you have marked other properties. Ask them if they can help you. Chances are you only need to make one phone call. Most Realtors are members of a computer service called The Multiple Listing Service, (MLS for short) and they can look up all the houses that are in your book and give you good information.
